"My journey did not begin in technology offices, but through real operational experience."

I am an Italian-Brazilian entrepreneur based in London, with a professional journey built across Brazil, Italy, and the United Kingdom through operational work, cultural adaptation, and hands-on business growth.

What started with the direct management of teams, logistics, vehicles, and service operations across South East England gradually evolved into the development of operational systems, automation processes, and technology-driven infrastructure designed to solve real-world business challenges.

Through years of experience building and managing large-scale service operations, I identified that the biggest limitation within service-based businesses is often not demand, but the lack of operational infrastructure, automation, communication systems, and scalable processes.

This experience led to the creation of businesses and platforms focused on operational efficiency, workforce coordination, automation, artificial intelligence, and long-term scalability.

Key Milestones

2006 — Moved to Italy

Started working in the chemical industry and logistics sector, developing hands-on operational experience in manufacturing, processes, and workforce coordination.

2011 — Moved to the United Kingdom

Began working in logistics and later started building independent business operations within the sector.

2015 — Founded GS Services Group

What started as support within my wife’s service operations gradually evolved into a large-scale business managing teams, logistics, operational systems, and recurring clients across South East England.

2024 — International Expansion

Started expanding business operations internationally, including projects and structures connecting the United Kingdom and Dubai.

2025 — Founded One World for Children

Created a social initiative focused on building transparent connections between businesses, donors, and charitable projects supporting children and communities in Brazil.

I believe strong businesses are built from the operational level upwards.

My leadership style is based on discipline, consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement. I value systems, structure, and long-term thinking, but also believe that real growth comes from understanding the day-to-day operational reality of a business.

Having built operations directly from practical experience, I believe leadership should remain connected to execution — understanding people, processes, logistics, and the challenges faced within real working environments.

Technology and automation play an important role in scalability, but sustainable businesses are ultimately built by people, communication, trust, and operational discipline.

I believe the strongest companies are those capable of combining human value with efficient systems, adaptability, and long-term operational vision.
